Rockstar has not published an exact unlock time, but PlayStation Store listings show the game unlocking at midnight in each store region — midnight GMT in the UK and midnight Eastern (9pm Pacific on 18 November) in the US.
When does GTA 6 come out?
Rockstar Games has confirmed Thursday 19 November 2026 as the release date for Grand Theft Auto VI on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Take-Two Interactive has repeated the date in its earnings updates since the last delay.
There is no PC version at launch, and the game is not coming to PS4 or Xbox One.

Has GTA 6 been delayed?
Yes, twice. GTA 6 was first planned for autumn 2025. In May 2025 Rockstar moved it to 26 May 2026, and on 6 November 2025 it moved again to 19 November 2026, saying the extra months would let it finish the game with the level of polish players expect. No further delay has been announced.
