Vice City (1986)

Ken is Tommy Vercetti's lawyer and first contact in Vice City. Despite being a nervous wreck and cocaine addict, he's competent enough to help Tommy build his empire. By the end of Vice City, Ken has pledged his loyalty to Tommy.

Between Games

After Vice City, Ken's cocaine addiction worsened. He was sent to Las Venturas to manage Caligula's Palace casino as a neutral party representing the Sindacco, Forelli, and Leone crime families. The three families chose him precisely because he was weak and controllable.

San Andreas (1992)

By 1992, Ken is a paranoid mess, constantly afraid of being killed by whichever family he displeases. CJ encounters him in Las Venturas and helps him survive the Mafia's power plays. Eventually, CJ helps Ken escape the casino arrangement, though Ken's future remains uncertain.
